Simply provide Documint the toll or toll-free dial in number, date and time of your event, along with any other information needed to be admitted to your conference -- confirmation numbers, conference IDs, passwords or leader’s names.
A Documint operator will dial into your event 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This established line will be dropped into our secure, digital voice recording server. Once the event has ended, our voice server will drop the line upon recognizing 5 minutes of silence. If your conference has breaks over 5 minutes built into the schedule, you should provide Documint an agenda so we can ensure our recording line is not disconnected during these silent periods.
The recording line is not monitored. Therefore, direct contact with a Documint operator is not possible after the established line has been dropped into the voice server.
Once the recording is complete, our audio editors will remove the non-conference portions of the audio -- hold music and end of the call silence. The edited audio is used to establish the actual length of your audio and thus the minutes you will be charged.
Transcription begins. If you have participant lists or terms lists that you want Documint to utilize, these should be emailed to Documint before or as soon after the completion of your event as possible.
Once our team has completed your Documint, we can email it to you or if you have established a profile with us, you can download it from our SSL protected Web site. |
