Documint’s proprietary, secure (SSL) Web portal will facilitate the upload of your digital audio files.  Our staff can establish a Web profile for you, after which you will be able to create orders, upload audio and download your completed Documints.

Our Web portal will allow the upload of most standard digital audio formats:

AUDIO TYPES SUPPORTED:

• Waveform Audio (.wav)
• MP3 (.mp3)
• Windows Media (.wma)
• Real Audio (.ra, .rm)
• Olympus, Lanier & Grundig (.dss)
• Sony (.dvf, .msv)

For files exceeding 250MB or for digital video files, you can utilize Documint’s password protected ftp site for uploads.  We can convert most digital video files to an audio only file that can be used for transcription.  An additional fee of $20 will be added for digital video to digital audio conversion.

After your audio has been received, transcription begins.  If you have participant lists or terms lists that you want Documint to utilize, just email it to us.

Once our team has completed your Documint, we can email it to you or if you have established a profile with us, you can download it from our SSL protected Web site.
